Nursery Associate
We are looking for an individual with a positive attitude, professional demeanor and a strong work ethic to join our Nursery Dept. The right person needs to have experience with loading bulk material ; horticulture background is preferred but not required.
Duties and Responsibilities
Help customers load plants, bagged materials and bulk materials.
Maintain clean, organized and safe shopping environment
Help unload plant trucks
Comply to all company policies and procedures
Competencies
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
Good communication skills (Verbal and Written)
Ability to operate skid loader, wheel loader and fork truck.
General plant knowledge
Requirements
Customer service skills
Must be able stand for long periods of time
Lift up to 50 pounds
Able to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends
